- With an overall height of just six feet tall this rack is ideal for garages or rooms with low ceilings
- The rack features the same fantastic spec as our regular M200, just with shorter uprights
- For customers who have no height limitations we recommend the standard M200. Please see notes below in relation to usability
- Powder coated finish in a choice of black or orange
- Full length safety spotters with UHMW liners - protects against barbell damage
- J-Cups with UHMW liners
- Strong 60mm x 60mm steel frame
- Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm
- 6mm thick steel brace plates on all uprights
- Fully adjustable - 14 levels
- 1" diameter holes spaced at 8cm intervals
- Bolt down feet for extra stability
- Rear base bar position provides increased room for weight bench positioning within the cage
- Straight grip pull up bar
- Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish.
- Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
- Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)

How usable is the M200S given the shorter height?
- This depends on the height of the user and the way the rack is setup
- The height to the underside of the rear cross bar is 171cm and the height to the underside of the pull up bar is 173cm
- For taller users this can cause issues with pullups and upright exercises such as squats. In particular with squats there is the consideration of how to rack the bar without hitting your head. Consider these options:
- Option 1 - You can increase clearance under the pull up bar to approximately 180cm by buying the optional multi-grip pull up bar available here (this does not change the overall height of the rack)
- Option 2 - The pull up bar can be fitted slightly further back in the cage to create some more room at the front. Combine option 1 and 2 for an even greater impact
- Option 3 - The pull up bar can be left out entirely. With this setup we recommend a max load of 280kg

Delivery & Assembly
- This product is delivered in 3 boxes
- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
- Assembly instructions are included
- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
- During assembly pay special attention to the rear base bar which has two sets of holes. Ensure you follow the assembly diagrams to use the correct set of holes otherwise this will cause alignment issues. The spare holes are in place to accommodate optional weight storage poles.
This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
The product is not recommended for use in full commercial gyms or heavy use facilities .

Overall good but things to be aware ofEasy to put together, and a solid rack. It does exactly what you expect. Whilst I’m giving by a 5 star review because it’s fantastic, I want to make buyers aware that while I had to buy the short rack due to low ceiling height, the short elements does add issues. I’m 5ft 10 and have to use the highest option for squatting, so anyone taller would have difficulty. I also hit my head on the rear high metal bar when lifting from the tacked position within the cage.

Great quality productsBought power rack, bench and several attachments. All amazingly good quality, they feel super sturdy and inspire confidence when lifting alone with the knowledge I'm safe in the power rack. Plus I love the black on orange colour scheme. Highly recommended

AmazingI bought the short rack as I have built a basic gym in my shed, this piece of equipment is a game changer, easy to build, solid and allows me to safely exercise with heavier weights, I love it.

Fantastic!Whoever thought of this short rack should get a promotion! This was the only rack that would fit inside my hut that I build specifically for a home gym. A 10x8 hut of standard height (due to planning regs) was all I could build but this is fantastic and fits well and is super sturdy and great quality. Bought the multi grip pull up bar as well and gives me options to add on pulleys. It's truly fantastic and my son has even cancelled his gym membership it's that good! :)
