- J-cup barbell rests with UHMW liners to prevent barbell damage
- Pin and pipe spotters provide safety whilst training - perfect for when you're pushing for one more rep
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser-cut number markings for easy height identification at 5 hole intervals
- 17mm hole size compatible with a full range of Mirafit M3 power cage attachments
- Strong 60mm x 60mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel frame
- Heavy duty foot plates with bolt down design
- 32mm diameter pull up bar without knurling
- Powder coated finish with printed Mirafit logo
- Optional extension bay including weight storage also available

- 188cm (74") (height will mean pull up bar has less functionality especially for tall users)

Important Information:
- The M3 Power Rack must be bolted down before use
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- The only option which does not require bolting down is the 90cm deep model if it is fitted with the optional rear stabilizer bar (sold separately)
- If in doubt please consult a builder in relation to your floor type and the best method of securing
Delivery & Assembly
- This product is delivered in 4 boxes
- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us

- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
The product is not recommended for use in full commercial gyms or heavy use facilities .

Mirafit M3 Rack and loads of attachmentsI purchased the M3 rack after seeing this online and liking the look of the quality of the rack plus the fact lots of attachments were available and it was available in the right height to suit my limited head hight in the home gym. I also wanted a power rack with good depths available and this also ticked those boxes. This rack is excellent quality and was delivered promptly. I'm really pleased I went with Mirafit after initially not knowing much about them and almost being put off by the fact that they also cater to all budgets including some lower end home gym type equipment too but I'm so glad this didn't put me off. The M3 rack is very well built and appears to be commercial quality. I'm really impressed with the quality of the attachments and the range of attachments available and I also kitted myself out with dumbbells and barbells and storage racks too. I'm delighted to say I'm really pleased with all of the kit purchased and would thoroughly recommend.

Sturdy Rack, very happyI have this bolted into a couple of layers of 18mm thick OSB/Plywood in my garage atm. It's extremely sturdy and seems well made. Was very easy to put together (I actually think it was more difficult to screw together the various sheets of aforementioned wood than put the rack together, tbh). I actually bought the separate spotters for this, but the pin/pipe actually seem pretty solid. I don't doubt that you could just get away with those, if you wanted. Delivery was good. No issues, came when expected. Other than that- it's a power rack. Not much really to say. Does what it should, didn't cost the earth.

ExcellentVery happy with my purchase - very solid - I purchased an extra stabiliser bar as not bolting to the garage floor. Me and my son are very happy.

208 x 60cm Absolutely love itI own the 208 x 60cm and absolutely love it for the limited space I have. I put the stabilising bar on and it feels really sturdy and I haven’t bolted it down. I do everything inside the 60cm, squat, bench, incline bench, shoulder press, deadlift. I use mirafits 6 foot international bar which has about 2cm clearance either side. Really pleased with it

Love it! Mirafit Please Add More M3 Attachments!Bought the 188 x 90cm rack due to limited ceiling height in my garage gym. Lovely piece of equipment, solid and sturdy. The only request I have is for Mirafit to add on more attachments...seems like the M4 keeps getting more and more new attachments and other models are being neglected. For that reason, if you have the budget go for the M4, otherwise M3 is perfectly sound 2nd option!
