- J-cup barbell rests with UHMW liners to prevent barbell damage
- Pin and pipe spotters provide safety whilst training - perfect for when you're pushing for one more rep
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser-cut number markings for easy height identification at 5 hole intervals
- 17mm hole size compatible with a full range of Mirafit M3 power cage attachments
- Strong 60mm x 60mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel frame
- Heavy duty foot plates with bolt down design
- 32mm diameter pull up bar without knurling
- Powder coated finish with printed Mirafit logo
- Optional extension bay including weight storage also available

- 188cm (74") (height will mean pull up bar has less functionality especially for tall users)

Important Information:
- The M3 Power Rack must be bolted down before use
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- The only option which does not require bolting down is the 90cm deep model if it is fitted with the optional rear stabilizer bar (sold separately)
- If in doubt please consult a builder in relation to your floor type and the best method of securing
Delivery & Assembly
- This product is delivered in 4 boxes
- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
- Assembly instructions are included
- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
The product is not recommended for use in full commercial gyms or heavy use facilities .

Do itThis is a very high quality piece of equipment, at a very fair price. You absolutely will not regret making this kind of investment in your future. It's rock solid. I bought the necessary back curved connector piece to use this without bolting it to the floor. I also bought the two front legs as I felt they would add further stability, but I haven't added them yet and although I probably will, I don't think I'll need to. Despite some issues with delivery (not surprising for something this heavy and spread across many boxes), the Mirafit support team are 2nd to none. They will reply to your email within 15 minutes, and always try and help you. DHL are not the best but I can understand they are likely the most economical for this kind of heavy equipment and I can't fault them too much either. They even sent something out which was missing on royal mail tracked delivery to sort me out. Thank you to Michelle and all others are Mirafit for your gold plated support. I'll be using this for at least a decade; it's something I should have bought a long time ago and I don't regret buying it from Mirafit at all. Take your own development seriously and invest.

A professional rack for a home gymI bought this as an addition to my home gym. This is an essential piece of equipment which has helped me tremendously with my bodybuilding and strength. Me and my 25 year old son use it multiple times every day. We dont have to travel insociable hours to the gym to exercise. The beauty of this rack is that it comes in different heights and lengths so it can fit even in tiny room spaces. I had plenty of space so I went with the larger size. The rack is so well build, completely professional type of equipment that you would expect from mirafit. The quality is second to none made from thick steel equipment which is rock solid. The other advantage is that mirafit offers so many accessories for the rack from dumbell holders and chin ups, to spotters and many more. Anything you can think of. And you can buy these accessories whenever you need them. I managed to assemble the whole rack with the help of my son. No issues at all. The drill holes fitted perfectly.

Ideal for home gymBought this for my home gym, got the mid-height and smaller width version due to space constraints but this is ideal. More than enough width for squats etc and height fits well in standard room, can do pull ups without banging my head on the ceiling. Overall a solid choice for a home gym set up!

Solid and well made RackI bought this rack for my home gym. The size specifications where absolutely perfect (I went for the 2.08m option) which lets me (just) do a full ROM pullup. Once the rack is bolted down it is absolutely solid as well. Plenty of attachment options too. I think down th line I might pick up the better saftey bars and barbell holders.
