- J-cup barbell rests with UHMW liners to prevent barbell damage
- Pin and pipe spotters provide safety whilst training - perfect for when you're pushing for one more rep
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser-cut number markings for easy height identification at 5 hole intervals
- 17mm hole size compatible with a full range of Mirafit M3 power cage attachments
- Strong 60mm x 60mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel frame
- Heavy duty foot plates with bolt down design
- 32mm diameter pull up bar without knurling
- Powder coated finish with printed Mirafit logo
- Optional extension bay including weight storage also available
- Choice of Black or Orange colour

- 208cm (82")
- 188cm (74") (height will mean pull up bar has less functionality especially for tall users)

- 60cm (total depth is 81cm including feet)
- 90cm (total depth is 111cm including feet)
- Width: 122cm (excluding feet) / 133cm (including feet)

Important Information:
- The M3 Power Rack must be bolted down before use
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- The only option which does not require bolting down is the 90cm deep model if it is fitted with the optional rear stabilizer bar (sold separately)
- If in doubt please consult a builder in relation to your floor type and the best method of securing
Delivery & Assembly
- This product is delivered in 4 boxes
- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
- Assembly instructions are included
- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
The product is not recommended for use in full commercial gyms or heavy use facilities .

Great rackLove the rack, but would like to add some jammer arms to it. Will mirafit be making any or does anyone recommend a set that fits this rack?

Great rackCan't fault this rack sturdy build feels strong delivery was quick and cheaper than anywhere else by far so far the service and quality were outstanding, and I mean if these racks are strong enough for guys like Adam bishop or Tom & Luke stoltman they're gonna handle any weight I could possibly throw at them :)

Excellent rackI bought the 208/90 rack which I have in my garage. Its an excellent quality rack which is sturdy enough to use without ankering it to the floor although I do need to add some weight to the back when doing dips. Annoyingly, I've now realised that I would have been better with either the 208/60 for extra room to work outside the rack or the 228/90 to allow me to do overhead work inside the rack which means I have the complete opposite of what I really need but even with that it is still an awesome piece of kit I can get a ton of use out of and it looks great too.

I love my rack!!I bought the 208x60 rack and absolutely love it! Extremely sturdy, fits perfectly in my garage. Very versatile, have found lots of other ways to use the rack with bands etc. especially while I wait for Mirafit to receive their order of the wall pulley system. If you’re thinking about ordering this rack, don’t think, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

208 x 60 RacksWe recently refurbished our gym at the rugby club. The space was quite small so we opted for 2 of the 208 x 60 Racks and 1 of the M230 Squat stands to give us more usable space. Previously we just had 2 racks but these compact racks allowed us so much more space and the extra rack as well so more people can use it. Thought the 60cm depth would be claustrophobic but it's actually perfectly fine. All round impressed and has really transformed our space.
