- J-cup barbell rests with UHMW liners to prevent barbell damage
- Pin and pipe spotters provide safety whilst training - perfect for when you're pushing for one more rep
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser-cut number markings for easy height identification at 5 hole intervals
- 17mm hole size compatible with a full range of Mirafit M3 power cage attachments
- Strong 60mm x 60mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel frame
- Heavy duty foot plates with bolt down design
- 32mm diameter pull up bar without knurling
- Powder coated finish with printed Mirafit logo
- Optional extension bay including weight storage also available

Important Information:
- The M3 Power Rack must be bolted down before use
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
- The only option which does not require bolting down is the 90cm deep model if it is fitted with the optional rear stabilizer bar (sold separately)
- If in doubt please consult a builder in relation to your floor type and the best method of securing

- This product is delivered in 4 boxes
- The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us

- Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
This product is suitable for use in home gyms or light commercial environments such as personal training studios, small hotels, workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres.
The product is not recommended for use in full commercial gyms or heavy use facilities .

M3 208 x 60 Power RackQuality rack. Great price especially compared to other brands.Really easy to put together even on your own. I got this size because of room size constraints, I was a bit worried it would feel cramped squatting in the rack but it’s fine not claustrophobic at all. Also the pull up bar is more than high enough for me at 6ft tall. I bolted it down because I wanted the dip attachment so it’s sturdy as hell. Ordered an extra set of j cups so I don’t have to mess about changing position when squatting and bench pressing.I don’t really have a problem with the safety’s I just leave them in the position I have them in when I bench ,they don’t get in the way when I squat. I’m very impressed, It really is a great rack.

Great valuevery good value for money. easy to assemble and a great addition to the gym. delivered in good time over a number of days. replaced a Powertech lever multigym and v happy i made the change. my teenage boys love it as well and are getting into it. i bought the forearm trainer but then realized that was for a different power rack so will have to drill additional holes to make it fit but not a big deal. free standing without drilling into the floor and very stable so not an issue with the stabalizer bar and little weight i am using.

Good QualityI bought this because my Trainer has one and I was used to it. It is amazing now to have my own. Big investment but I really feel it was a good buy and it feels strong and safe. I bolted mine to the floor and that is worth the extra effort - just makes it rock steady and I am now very confident about pushing against it. Interestingly the J hooks for resting the bar work perfectly i.e. the bar stays where you put it. I was expecting to have to put shims in as the one my Trainer has needed that tweak. Have you changed the angle they are bent to recently? Or did you just sell my Trainer a duff pair? I also bought your bar at the same time - the knurling on that is sharpish and has already started to mark the plastic inserts in the J hooks. Interestingly my Trainer's bar is a bit more expensive and makes no marks in the plastic despite heavy use. So I guess that's an issue with the bar. These are small points - this is a great product and I am super happy. (oh - the assembly instructions are not very inspiring - and sort of miss out the key information needed to assemble the rig simply & quickly - you've got a great web-site and you do know how to create messages that are clear and customer focused - pity the instructions are so basic - its a big moment unpacking such a big important purchase. And while I am being a pain - the packaging is very impressive - and substantial - just as well I've got a Stanley knife and some pincers. These are trivial points - its great . deffo 5 stars. Thank you.

Superb, very heavy duty.Just got the 208x90 built in the garage. Pretty much commercial quality. I've not bolted it down and it's extremely stable. Best quality to price ratio you'll find.

Awesome, really sturdy and stableI didn't bolt the M3 power rack to the ground, just using the additional stabilizer bar, and it works perfectly. Tried front lever on it, doesn't move, feels completely safe.
