Good for Lat pulldownsMostly got it to use with the pulley system and it does the Job well certainly anchors me when doing lat pulldowns.

Great Leg RollersThis leg roller is a really good product. It is expensive (£130 at time of review), but largely I think worth the money. Due to the design mirafit have gone with, the leg roller is essentially 6 or so inches further in or out of your rack, which is extremely helpful when having a narrow rack that I have. The roller itself is long , so can be slightly wobbly when resting anything on the end of the lever, but there has been no real issues so far when doing a variety of different exercises. For a home gym this is a real nice to have - I have used it as an anchor for lat pull downs (which has been really helpful personally), Bulgarian split squats and also as an anchor for hamstring curls. I suspect there are even more possibilities based on how creative you want to be. Overall, really happy with the product and would recommend.

Great RollerVery sturdy for use with lat pull down. Padding and vinyl good for things like split squat. My only observation is that rather than using a 16mm hitch pin like everything else on the M4 it has a weird screw plug to secure it. On the plus side, this results in a tight fit with minimal wobble, but it’s a unique fixing and if you loose it, you’ll need to buy a spare. I’d have preferred a standard 16mm hole to use a band peg or hitch pin, or a have it cabled to the roller to keep the screw attached. Otherwise, quite expensive but makes a real difference on the lat pulls.

Thanks for your review. We used the screw knob deliberately as it helps to reduce wobble, which we are glad you noticed the benefits of. If you lose the knob, then replacements are available. Thanks
