- Enables a range of exercises including step ups, platform lifts and some seated exercises
- Also performs the function of a squat box whilst squatting
- Attaches to the flip down spotters with the included securing pins
- Abrasion resistant top rubber layer protects equipment from scratches and marks

Great addition to M4 rackAs in the description, used in conjunction with the flip down spotters arms this is a great bit of kit. I specifically got this to allow me to do seal rows.....and can confirm it works perfectly for it. Although the rubber top layer is firm it is perfectly comfortable to use for this application. Do be aware however its far from light as it's built like a tank....just like the rest of the m4 rack/accessories. Superb
