ExcellentSolid piece of kit. Bought it to avoid banging my head during squatting as I have the M200 short rack for space. Ive affixed it to the back of the rack and its made the whole frame stronger. I love using it, mostly just to hang from and feel a good stretch of my back and lats. Another excellent addition to my kit
