Great for rowsI’ve really struggled to find a good exercise for my mid and upper back. Inverted Rows are great, but hard to progressive overload. I’ve also tried bent over rows, but took the weight in my lower back. This cable attachment is brilliant. If you use a bench and lean against it you can isolate your back perfectly. It’s also a great quality bit of equipment, it’s very sturdy and the grips are placed well.

Great kit but heavyWell made price of kit that’s good for all sorts of different exercises. Being solid steel it is rather heavy so bear that in mind.
