Needed a small rack due to limited space in the home gymDown at the back of my garage I've managed to clear a little space between the tools and bikes and racking to have about 7 foot by 6 foot of space for a bit of a training area. I got some weights at Christmas and was trying to choose what rack to get, I'm not a massive lifter but just wanted something for around 150kg of weights and a bar. I looked at squat stands, but didn't feel comfortable enough with those and worried they might fall over. If I had space I'd of course have gotten a power cage, as they are the most versatile, but until I can convince the wife we need an out building just as a gym, that's just a pipe dream. This is my happy medium. It doesn't take up too much space, allows for squats and bench press, feels sturdy and secure even though it isn't bolted to the floor, and still gives me space to get to the racking behind it. Building it was simple and took me around half an hour by myself, it doesn't come with tools but already had spanners and a socket set. The only think I have done to mine is added some carpet and taped it to the spotters as they are still bare metal just to protect the bar when using them for standing rows. All round, very happy with the kit and would recommend to a friend as its well made and a good price.

Nice and sturdy.I was slightly worried with this piece as was keeping to a budget and couldn't believe it was so competitively priced. Came promptly and like all the other kit I have purchased from Mirafit, couldn't be happier. As good as any other I have seen or used.
