Good and handy productGreat piece of equipment, really surprised by the sturdiness of it, feel secure and very well made. Only two down points, the paint job arrived a bit chipped in some points, doesn't bother me at all as it for training not for display. The other is that the dip side is too wide in other to do proper dip, but as said is a rack with handles for dip, so cannot complain. To sum up really pleased with the product would definitely buy again.

Great rackHi All This rack is good for benching, specially for the cash. I comfortably bench 140kg plus 32kg chains without problems. It's highly adjustable. For flat and decline you'll need to bench from the lower spotter bars as supposed to the uprights. FYI you'll want to weight it down on the weight pegs, I stock up 6×7.5kg discs either side and no movement at all. Unrack to rerack.

Great valueReally good squat rack and a brilliant price. Doubt you'll find this quality of product any cheaper. Only slight downside is the J-cups are bare metal, but I've just wrapped them in an inner tube to protect the bar and it works brilliantly.
