Typical Gym V-BarI bought this to compliment my Mirafit Plate Loaded Functional Trainer for tricep work and it does the job fine. It is the same standard of bar that you find in most commercial gyms - nothing fancy, but functions well for its intended purpose. I've recently moved to larger 10mm carabiners and it still fits them ok. I would have given it 4 stars, but I noticed that the one I received was wonky where the attachment tab had been welded to the bar. It's noticeably off-centre and must have left the factory on a Friday afternoon, which is slightly annoying my OCD, but is likely a one-off issue and the bar still works fine. It was not worth the hassle of returning for a replacement given the low cost of it and still being able to use it fine.
