- Suitable for either standard or olympic plates (olympic adaptors included)
- Floor standing tower design can be attached to either a suitable wall or rack
- Direct fitment to the Mirafit M3 power cage 208cm and 228cm models (not compatible with 188cm model or any other Mirafit racks. Not compatible with M3 half rack or M3 yoke)
- Fixings for both wall fitment and rack fitment are included
- Can also be bolted to the floor for extra stability (floor fixings not included)
- Dual pulley system allows a wide range of cable based exercises to be performed
- Adjustable pulley height from low to high - 17 adjustments
- Includes two strap handles with rubberized grips
- Each strap handle has 4 adjustable positions
- Now also includes an adaptor allowing the two attachment points to combine into one
- Please note collars are not included
- Small total footprint - handy where space is limited
- Powder coated steel frame
- Wall fixing arms are high enough to clear standard size skirting boards
- Suitable For: Home use only. Not suitable for commercial use

Delivery & Assembly
To reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely.

- Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires two each of 17mm, 19mm and 24mm spanners/sockets (not included)
This product is designed for use in home gyms. It is not suitable for commercial environments.

Fantastic addition to my rackSetting up my home gym, I opted for this cable machine to go with the M3 rack I was purchasing. It looked a lot more stable and substantial compared to the other more affordable cable machine rack attachments Mirafit offer. I do not regret the purchase. It is an amazing addition to my set up and the quality is very high. The cable machine is easy to put together, the cable routing can be a bit fiddly but easy enough. There is also an online video to help with the complete cable machine build if needed. Two weeks into my Mirafit home gym ownership and my partner and I are loving it! All the 5 star reviews really show what a great company Mirafit is!

excellent bit of kitI knew from previous reviews that the assembling instructions were limited but when combined with the video it was tricky but workable. It's a pity that aspect hasn't been addressed. But, once assembled it's an excellent bit of kit and I'm really pleased with it.

Superb Equipment for the priceThis is an excellent affordable cable machine and it's so easy to put together. The instructions are super easy for the frame. I would recommend watching the youtube tutorial for the cable though. I lubricated with WD40 Silicone spray and it so smooth now. Easily bolted to the wall. Steady, able to hold good weight and very very space efficient
