- Suitable for either standard or olympic plates (olympic adaptors included)
- Floor standing tower design can be attached to either a suitable wall or rack
- Direct fitment to the Mirafit M3 power cage 208cm and 228cm models (not compatible with 188cm model or any other Mirafit racks. Not compatible with M3 half rack or M3 yoke)
- Fixings for both wall fitment and rack fitment are included
- Can also be bolted to the floor for extra stability (floor fixings not included)
- Dual pulley system allows a wide range of cable based exercises to be performed
- Adjustable pulley height from low to high - 17 adjustments
- Includes two strap handles with rubberized grips
- Each strap handle has 4 adjustable positions
- Now also includes an adaptor allowing the two attachment points to combine into one
- Please note collars are not included
- Small total footprint - handy where space is limited
- Powder coated steel frame
- Wall fixing arms are high enough to clear standard size skirting boards

Delivery & Assembly
To reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely.

- Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires two each of 17mm, 19mm and 24mm spanners/sockets (not included)
This product is designed for use in home gyms. It is not suitable for commercial environments.

Wall mounted Lat pull downDelivery prompt, very well packaged, impressive quality as an engineer I respect the welding very consistent, top notch. Only point I am not a great fan of plastic wheels running on a threaded bolt, increases friction and wear and tear inside the plastic wheel,a shoulder bolt would be a much better solution.

Great value cable machinePretty easy to put together, but needs some thought if you're fixing it to a wall. Otherwise a very reasonable price for adding a really good cable machine to your home gym.

Great product, great valueBought last week, as other review state very good price of kit. To answer two questions i had not easily identified on the webpage: firstly, the max load is 100kg - emailed mirafit to confirm this. Second, I wondered if you can do cable chest flies effectively, and whilst they are not quite as good as a cable cross over set up, if you position the cable to go on the outside of your arms, you can still feel reasonable resistance throughout the movement, gave a great pump using this method. Also as other note, the YouTube assemble guide is. Big help. Took me 1.5 hr with a ratchet set to speed up tightening of sockets.
