- Suitable for either standard or olympic plates (olympic adaptors included)
- Floor standing tower design can be attached to either a suitable wall or rack
- Direct fitment to the Mirafit M3 power cage 208cm and 228cm models (not compatible with 188cm model or any other Mirafit racks. Not compatible with M3 half rack or M3 yoke)
- Fixings for both wall fitment and rack fitment are included
- Can also be bolted to the floor for extra stability (floor fixings not included)
- Dual pulley system allows a wide range of cable based exercises to be performed
- Adjustable pulley height from low to high - 17 adjustments
- Includes two strap handles with rubberized grips
- Each strap handle has 4 adjustable positions
- Now also includes an adaptor allowing the two attachment points to combine into one
- Please note collars are not included
- Small total footprint - handy where space is limited
- Powder coated steel frame
- Wall fixing arms are high enough to clear standard size skirting boards

Delivery & Assembly
To reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely.

- Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires two each of 17mm, 19mm and 24mm spanners/sockets (not included)

Home GymQuality purchase, was deliberating over a pulley for the gym for a while, saving my pennies this is bang for buck. Highly recommend, somewhat easy to put together if you have tools, 17-22cm spanner needed ????

Amazing Pulley SystemThe journey from ordering to delivery was smooth. Written fitting instructions were adequate, but video on Mirafit assembly was essential. Quality of product was AMAZING. Good, solid construction, and excellent design. Have done multiple exercises and the cable pulley machine has exceeded my expectations. Dual pulleys are a bonus. Actual footprint of setup is very small, so perfect in corner of room. I used the supplied wall fixing kit. I have standard weights which fit on nicely, but olympic plate adaptors are included anyway. The only extra I ordered was a rotating straight bar. I think, for the price level this machine is set at, its amazing value and I would definitely recommend for home use.

Great piece of kit for the priceOnly issues were it was a wee bit challenging to secure to wall and the wires aren’t entirely straight but once it was secure and weight added it works a treat. Highly recommend, for the price I doubt you could find any better! :)

Home Gym Game ChangerThis is a absolutely fantastic item! I'd missed using a cable machine since making the switch to home training, but this has completely levelled up my workouts. The price point is excellent, the build quality superb, and it functions no differently to a commerical unit (once you use some extra lubrication on the runners, as others have commented on) I would've liked better carabiners bundled in, because they ones that shipped would constantly get snagged on their lockable sleeves, and given how much smoother it is with lubrication, adding some oil in the box would make this perfect. But aside from those two minor things, this is a fantastic unit and I can't recommend it enough!

10/10 cable machineSo i got this up and running for some time now and i can't get over how well it performs. Super smooth with 3in1 oil. I wish all plate loaded machines would give you option for 1" and 2" plates. I notice this to be the only machine to give support for 1" and the 2" olympic plates. I recommend this machine anyone. Easy to assemble. Thanks.
