- Compatible with all Mirafit power racks (M100/M200/M2/M3) except the old M1 rack (too narrow internally)

Very Goodvery good swiss bar, would recommend. Paint chips fairly easily and i have some coloured steel plates and the paint from that rubs off onto the bar, which doesnt bother me but might some. Otherwise does its job perfectly

Versatile BarbellI bought this primarily just to add some variation into my bench pressing but I'm loving the fact it gives me so many variations for rows, overhead press, skull crusher's, hammer curls, tricep extensions etc. My power rack only has a straight pull up bar but now I slide this barbell on top of the rack and I'm able to do neutral grip pull ups (Even if the the barbell is a little unsteady, it adds to the exercise haha) It's a well made piece of equipment that I would recommend anyone purchasing.
