- Zero centre knurl ensures no rubbing against legs on heavy lifts
- Sprung steel shaft with hard chrome finish and stainless steel outer bushings
- Internally the bar features graphite plugged bronze bushings for reduced spin and lower maintenance compared to bearing bars
- Single powerlifting knurl marks spaced at 81cm

Amazing barVery nice bar ,been using mirafits stiff bar for a few years now ,you can notice a difference,slightly longer , thinner and more knurling,only had 110 kg on so far as injured,arrived fast and well packaged
