- Weight stacks have 20 levels of adjustment on each side at increments of 5kg

- Side pulleys have 20 height positions at 80mm spacing
- Laser cut numbers make it easy to see which height is selected on each side
- Six storage hooks keep the attachments close at hand
- Multi-grip pull-up bar allows for wide, narrow and neutral grip pull ups

Delivery & Assembly
- At least two people will be required for assembly
- Delivery of this product is kerbside only
- This product will be delivered in a crate. Please note that you will be required to safely dispose of the crate
- Assembly instructions are included
- Assembly requires:
- 2 x 16mm and 1 x 18mm spanners/sockets
- 3mm and 4mm allen keys (included)
- A basic universal wrench is included but we do not recommend using this as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets.
- To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely
- Assembly requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack. We recommend using masking tape in order to mark out a straight line

Delighted with our M4 Functional trainerWe recently decided to convert half of my double garage into a gym for my wife and I. In the past I have always trained with free weights and a bench. In the planning stage I had excellent customer support from Mirafit, I had a few questions re size and delivery and these were answered very promptly. The Mirafit videos on YouTube really helped us to make a decision. I was offered two days for a delivery slot. Delivery was via a large 40ft lorry. The M4 was exceptionally well packed in a plywood crate with metal edging. You need good level access to receive this delivery. Due to time of day I was unable to immediately unpack but had no concerns leaving on my drive overnight. Assembly was straightforward, the frame requires two persons .The assembly video was really helpful. The quality of the M4 is in my opinion, outstanding. Very solid and stable. Changing function and weight is a doddle I just wish I had switched to a cable machine years ago. I feel I am getting a far better workout and have eliminated elbow pain that I was experiencing with free weights, and the range of exercises is far greater. We planned very carefully and marked out the floor of the gym before ordering. Remember to check your ceiling height to ensure sufficient clearance. An added bonus, the M4 lends itself to being placed in a corner as the exercises can be competed within the frame and gave us more room and allows for the placing of a bench. I had a a couple of follow up emails from Mirafit to check all was ok. In summary, outstanding quality, very solid product together will all attachments, very smooth operation, simple and quick adjustments. It will last a lifetime. My only regret that I didn’t invest in one sooner. We are so pleased with our purchase. Happy Customers

M4 functional trainerI bought this when there were only 2 or 3 reviews...so took a bit of a punt. I have access to other similar more expensive machines, but I am so pleased I took the plunge and bought. Well engineered, high quality materials and easy to assemble, I cannot speak more highly of this. For the price it is outstanding value for money, and even if it was 3 x more expensive I would still choose it. My entire home gym is now kitted out in Mirafit products. Thanks for coming to the market and showing others how service and quality can be done well

Outstanding piece of equipmentI purchased this item as my first major piece of strength training equipment for a home gym. Delivery & assembly: Surprisingly straight forward to put together. It looks quite daunting when it's delivered, but it is not difficult to do. It took 1 person around 3 hours to do, with a small amount of help from a second person to hold the main frame when joining. Most of the time was used to tighten bolts. Design & quality: First impressions was that this is very well made with heavy steel used and I can tell a lot of attention and detail went into the design. There are no sharp edges, it has nice curves and it just looks very professional. I would say that it is better quality than any functional trainer I have used in a commercial gym. The attachments are also very good. I am also pleased with the covers that fix over the weight rack area. With young children, it means less chance of any accidents, as well as it looking sleeker. Use: The machine itself in use is very sturdy. There are no wobbles or rattles and the weights glide very well and smooth over the rails. The height adjustment bars are also smooth and easy to change, even with 1 hand. Whilst using the pull up bar, there is no flex or movement. A very solid bit of kit. Would definitely recommend this product.

Great ValueReally impressed with this cable machine, I have used many over the years but this is as good as any commercial cable machine in a gym. The width and height are perfect, it’s so well made, they have really taken into account the user experience. It’s very smooth and all the attachments are solid, nothing is cheap or hollow. Really impressed. Been using it for about 3 months now and my opinion is still the same.

Excellent EquipmentSuperb equipment of very high quality. We had a bit of trouble getting the adjustment/tensioning of the cables correct to allow the top weight to rest on the remaining 19 weight stacks. If not done correctly, the 19 weights per side would be held by the last rotation of the bolt which would be unsafe. The instructions are not complete. It took us nearly 4 hours to construct and also get it correct but it is worth well soldiering on as the result is superb. I can not recommend this equipment enough.
