Excellent productI purchased this because I have tight hips and found this was affecting things like deadlifting and squatting. Been using this for a few weeks now and am noticing a great amount of improvement in my flexibility.

Poor quality controlThe sponge paddings are a bit thin and one of them was ripped. One plastic end cap was loose and would come off easily. Some paint had scraped off where the bars rubbed each other. Its usable but would probably choose a different make now I've seen it.
