- 13 barbell rack levels at 2" intervals
- 13 spotter levels at 1" intervals
- Barbell rests and spotters are UHMW lined to protect both your rack and barbells
- Olympic 2" weight storage poles at the rear of the stand provide convenient weight plate storage
- Supplied with floor fixing brackets
- Suitable for use with either a 7ft barbell or a 6ft international barbell. Not suitable for use with 6ft standard barbells or smaller

Squat / BenchI found some of the holes can be a bit tight to fit the screw in pins in between so it can feel like you’re in a hole when you actually aren’t which may cause the bar to slip slightly if you’re benching or squatting heavy. If I was to change anything I would say have a dead bolt going through the whole frame when you’re adjusting height just to add a bit more of concrete safety precautions. Still a very tidy bench / squat rack for anyone working up to very respectable weights in weightlifting and also a good stepping stone for any up and coming powerlifters with big dreams, cost wise I found for the weight this can support I think it’s very good value for money and only if you’re looking to be an elite BB, PL, or WL will you ever feel the need to upgrade on this

Very happyIt’s very good, sturdy and great delivery time but I felt a bit ripped of because the same product included with a bench is now on sale for the same price

Decent for the priceDecent for the price. The onky downfall is the gap between the spotter bar and the rack. You have to be extremely careful re-racking the bar.
