- Adjustable barbell rest and spotter heights enable different exercises and correct positioning
- 13 barbell rack levels at 2" intervals
- 13 spotter levels at 1" intervals
- Barbell rests and spotters are UHMW lined to protect both your rack and barbells
- Olympic 2" weight storage poles at the rear of the stand provide convenient weight plate storage
- Supplied with floor fixing brackets
- Suitable for use with either a 7ft barbell or a 6ft international barbell. Not suitable for use with 6ft standard barbells or smaller

Nice rackSeems solid but as yet I have not really pushed it near it's limit weight wise. Personally I would prefer adjustment pins that feed right through both sides of the bar rests and outer posts but I am sure the system used for these will be man enough for the job.
