- Adjustable barbell rest and spotter heights enable different exercises and correct positioning
- 13 barbell rack levels at 2" intervals
- 13 spotter levels at 1" intervals
- Barbell rests and spotters are UHMW lined to protect both your rack and barbells
- Olympic 2" weight storage poles at the rear of the stand provide convenient weight plate storage
- Supplied with floor fixing brackets
- Suitable for use with either a 7ft barbell or a 6ft international barbell. Not suitable for use with 6ft standard barbells or smaller

Amazing ValueSo impressed with the value for such a sturdy piece of kit. I’m replacing a full rack with this considerably smaller setup. It seems just as sturdy. Thankfully my knees aren’t up to a lot of weighted squats anymore so I don’t have to switch the supports between sets very often. There is plenty of scope for height adjustment though and it is so neat and compact.

Squat Rack and Press AwesomenessWhen lockdown 3.0 came into force I signed up for the email alerts to start the home gym project I should have started last spring! Squat rack arrived in 2 separate deliveries as described. Though the packaging has been damaged in transit mirafit said they would follow up if there was any damage to the rack which there wasn't. The bar has arrived, so has a bench and the plates are now on their way. All great quality and simple to assemble. Thank you and well done Mirafit!
