- Adjustable barbell rest and spotter heights enable different exercises and correct positioning
- 13 barbell rack levels at 2" intervals
- 13 spotter levels at 1" intervals
- Barbell rests and spotters are UHMW lined to protect both your rack and barbells
- Olympic 2" weight storage poles at the rear of the stand provide convenient weight plate storage
- Supplied with floor fixing brackets
- Suitable for use with either a 7ft barbell or a 6ft international barbell. Not suitable for use with 6ft standard barbells or smaller

Squat Rack & BenchGood solid, sturdy piece of kit. With this plus a couple other things I no longer need a gym membership. I have knocked off one star as adjusting the height is a hassle and could be better designed but overall I'm really pleased with it.

Excellent rack - very robust*Very strong and steady rack. Good functionality too. The pins do not seem to be quite as robust as the rest of it but have had no issues with them so far so all is good.
