Very good. Worth the moneyBrilliant bar providing more variety to target specific muscle groups. Gives you everything a straight bar would give plus more. Might be difficult to pull off those comedy crossfit kipping ‘pull ups’ on it though due to its size. Very sturdy, I weigh over 100kg and there is no noticeable flex in the bar. Good knurling on all grips, without being skin shreddingly sharp, and easy to assemble. Comes with all bolts/nuts and plugs required, but does not come with tools for assembly, so make sure you have a spanner/ratchet set. I did not use the wall mounting bolts/plugs provided (as I opted to drill through a brick wall and tighten from the other side) although they did appear to be sufficient.

GreatI've been a calisthenics fan for years. This bar is great for home workouts - the different grips and overall size of the bar is superb. For me, I also like the fact that there is no section joining the bars between the two arms - this means I can have drainpipe running between the arms which is a plus when your garden is small.

Solid pull-up bar, great finish, suggest alternative fixings though.Very pleased my new pull-up bar which is successfully bolted to my wall. First rate finish, easy to assemble and fit and looks fab if not slightly larger than I anticipated. Having read other reviews I ditched the supplied fixings and instead opted for four M10/50L shield anchor bolts (see picture). Maybe Mirafit should change their standard fixings given the ongoing comments around them. Looking forward to repping out the pull-ups now!
