Snapped boltsThe bar itself is excellent - the bolts less so. I’ve snapped three of the six which has left half bolts in the wall. I’m going to have replace them with anchor bolts and re-drill new holes in the wall. Knocking stars off for the fixings.

Customer SupportA simple request for details of the bolts (connecting bar to brackets) my removals company lost in a house move resulted in multiple emails and “computer says no”. Decent product, not suitable for mounting outside or damp conditions, but shocking customer service.

Damaged x2Sturdy product, but very badly packaged with metal on metal just separated by plastic bags. The first one was replaced due to damage, ordered another and that arrived damaged too. Overall pretty disappointing and frustrating.
