- Mirafit M3 Powerlifting Bench
- This flat bench has the same great spec as our regular M3 model but with a single post leg design. With no floor bar there is more room to get feet ideally positioned when bench pressing.
- Please note this design is ideal for benching but will be slightly less stable when sitting upright at the end of the bench. If you are performing a wide range of exercises we recommend the standard M3 bench. If you are focussed on chest exercises and want a bench that features the single leg setup found in powerlifting competitions then this is the bench for you.

- 75mm x 75mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel frame

- Built in handle and castors for easy movement
- Anti slip pad provides user with additional stability during exercises
- Fitted with our Ultimate pad as standard

- Please note we also offer conversion kits to convert our standard M3 bench into this single leg design. We do not currently offer the reverse.

Great Powerlifting BenchI added this bench to my home gym since I generally train powerlifting and needed something with proper width, height, and good grip on the pad. It really nails this criteria well, and since working with it my bench has recovered from a 2 week holiday and started to improve as well! Nice and grippy so no need to add a yoga mat on top for extra grip, and the width and height are at a good standard for powerlifting. IMO this is a great bench for the price.

IncredibleHave to say I'm really impressed. The bench is incredibly well made and very easy to assemble. Very very strong and even with the 3 leg power lifting design I opted for is very stable. This is not a light piece of equipment but easily enough manoeuvred about. Very sticky hard wearing fat pad. I've used the similar rogue version of this bench and honestly prefer lifting on this. Another exceptional bit of kit from Mirafit. Highly recommended.
