Mirafit M3 Flat Powerlifting Bench
- Mirafit M3 Powerlifting Bench
- This flat bench has the same great spec as our regular M3 model but with a single post leg design. With no floor bar there is more room to get feet ideally positioned when bench pressing.
- Please note this design is ideal for benching but will be slightly less stable when sitting upright at the end of the bench. If you are performing a wide range of exercises we recommend the standard M3 bench. If you are focussed on chest exercises and want a bench that features the single leg setup found in powerlifting competitions then this is the bench for you.
- Matt black powder coated finish
- 75mm x 75mm x 3mm (11 gauge) steel frame
- Maximum capacity of over 500kg
- Built in handle and castors for easy movement
- Anti slip pad provides user with additional stability during exercises
- Fitted with our Ultimate pad as standard
- Bench meets all IPF requirements in terms of height, width and length
- Please note we also offer conversion kits to convert our standard M3 bench into this single leg design. We do not currently offer the reverse.

Wouldn’t buyCompetitive power lifter here, bench is too soft to do any heavy flat bench, it’s like benching on a sponge and you will lift less
Response from Mirafit
Thanks for your review and we are sorry to hear you were disappointed. The pad utilizes high density foam and we have generally received very positive feedback from power lifters who have used this bench. An earlier review mentions benching a combined weight of 345kg and the pad offering great support. We would really like to learn more about your experience with the bench so please would you kindly get in touch to discuss? Thanks -
M3, bench. tripod foot, unstableHaving recently changed from IPC para powerlifting to powerlifting; I required an IPF spec bench on which to train following GB national selection. The M3 bench arrived promptly, was well packaged & was simple to assembly. The pad is firm enough with good grip. My issue is with stability. The bench rocks easily, can tip when you sit on it or dissmount. It rocks while you lie under the bar & build your position. I have 2 other benchs, 1 with a similar tripod footing & these are both solid to work on. In comparison to my other benches It appears the M3 front foot pad is too small and the rear foot bar too narrow. Wether using barbells or dumbells the bench doesn't not give me confidence. I wanted to like this bench but the instability means I could not recommend this bench to any standard of lifter.
Response from Mirafit
The single post bench will be slightly less stable at one end for certain exercises than our regular M3 bench. However, it should feel very solid when you are in the bench press position and should not rock or tip. If the bench is doing this then please get in touch so that we can look at this more closely with you.
