Last bench I'll ever buyTook about 20 minutes to put together, and it was very easy. Hardest bit was getting rid of the cardboard. The bench itself is extremely solid and overkill, but I'll never have to replace it. I've used it for box jumps as well and it doesn't budge. I ummed and ahhd over it, but I'm glad I pulled the trigger. If you're on the fence just do it, you won't be disappointed.

Great solid all-rounderI absolutely love this bench. I'm used to training in a specialist powerlifting gym and set up my own home gym during lockdown. I was really struggling to find a sturdy bench that would work for powerlifting that didn't cost £100s. This is perfect - stable, strong, easy to put together and a great price. Thoroughly recommended.
