.This bench is incredible, heavy duty and the ultimate pad is massive and you stick to it. Have the M2 bench for incline work but this is so much better for flat benching as I’m trying to get my bench up this is helping . Also arrived within 3 days of ordering

M3 Ultimate Flat BenchOMG, this bench is the mutts nuts! Sometimes less really is more, it’s engineered way more than I would require, it’s on par with benches costing twice as much, let’s start with the feet, solid footprint, quality non slip pads on them, heavy duty rollers at one end, and a usable handle at the other end that someone has actually thought of the placement for ease of moving, It can be tilted onto it’s end to free up space when required and is rock solid in that position too, I’d be sure that isn’t a fluke either and more a design feature, I went for the ultimate pad, and it’s a cracker, comfortable and Uber supportive, and the grippy material is perfect to allow for shoulders to remain pinned throughout the set, I’m 5’ 9” (175cm) and I’m flat footed and planted, I debated getting this bench because it was a little more expensive than I was expecting to spend, but I’d rather spend the extra and know I’m only buying 1 bench, this will see me to the end of days, it’s now my newest family “Heirloom” this thing has been built to last generations, don’t hesitate, drop the hammer on it, get it bought, and rest assured you’ll be happy with it.

excellent benchreally pleased with this bench, it's incredibly sturdy and a massive upgrade on my old (entry level) one, I can't imagine needing another flat bench now. I just got the standard pad version as the wide one was out of stock, but it's plenty wide as it is, and a really great product, so no regrets at all.

Bomb-proof bench.If London took a direct hit from a nuclear missile, the only thing that would be left standing would be this bench! I considered buying a cheaper model but am glad I chose this one because it is exactly what I needed and will clearly last for years to come. Thoroughly and highly recommended to anyone considering buying one.
