Solid- Easy (enough) to assemble by yourself. - Very sturdy, as plenty of other reviews have said. - Added 5kg to BP instantly. This is more of a slight against my previous garbage bench, than a compliment to this one, but worth noting. - Wide enough. I only put this in because of a review or two I saw saying to get the wider pad. My perspective on this is of someone with broad shoulders (so who briefly hesitated to buy based on those reviews), but who's never worked out in a public gym, so has few reference points. The regular ultimate pad is absolutely wide enough. - Very happy. Well worth it.

Flat benchBought this mainly for bench pressing. Very tough bench does what I wanted. Well padded. And a dam good price for what I have got.10/10

Cracking piece of equipment.Very easy to assemble - bolts lock in place so only 1 spanner required. Really strong & solid; also comfortable. Can be used for body weight exercises as well as weights. Very satisfied customer.
