M3 Flat Bench with Ultimate padGreat service from start to finish, super fast delivery for a small fee which is amazing considering the weight of the bench. The bench itself is in a different class, pretty much indestructible, I'm not lifting anywhere near its limitations so I imagine it will last for many years. Its also worth noting that the UK's top strong men all use this kit so that's all you need to know really!! You will not be disappointed.
