AwesomeAs stated by another reviewer, this bench is 10 times better than the one they have at the commercial gym I’m a member of. As it is competition spec, it’s a perfect addition to the home gym of any competitive power lifter. Very important if you’re chasing records!

Perfect for box squatsAs I’m only 5’3”, I find this perfect for box squatting. I can use it for normal and low box, and add a bumper plate on top for high box. The rubber surface on top makes it non slip for any other exercises you’d plan to use it for.

Good valueSolid, strong and good value. You just need a decent amount of space for it.

Better than commercial gym benchesLove it - it's probably the best bench I've ever used, at home or in a commercial gym. I spent a bit of time considering either an adjustable bench or a flat bench - but the reviews on here convinced me to purchased the M3 flat. Unless you're doing shoulder presses, you only need a slight incline for hitting your upper chest (and for this I stick a wooden block or weight plate under one end). I'd also recommend also buying one of the ultimate pads: it's comfy and grippy, and it'll last years. And it's not too expensive, compared to other websites. Great job, Mirafit!
