Transformed my lower backHave suffered with lower back pain for around 20 years which has meant spells of being laid up in bed, unable to squat, deadlift etc. The reverse hyper has been the single best home gym investment I’ve made. My lower back feels so much stronger and haven’t had any pain since I’ve been using it. I use it before squats and deadlifts as an active warm up and at least four times a week overall. Highly recommend if you have similar issues. Like all Mirafit equipment it is excellent quality and a great addition to the gym.
