- J-cup barbell rests with nylon liners to prevent barbell damage

- Barbell rests feature nylon inner liners to protect the rack from scratching
- Sturdy 75mm x 75mm x 3mm steel frame with 10mm thick connection plates
- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser cut number markings on the front and back of each upright make it easy to select the perfect height
- 17.5mm hole size is compatible with a range of M4 attachments

High quality indeed.It's bigger than I expected, it's strong, it's sold, it's an absolute monster of a rack. I'm 5'11 and 6ft with shoes on and before I brought this rack, I was worried that the bar wouldn't be high enough and that I might have to bend my legs a little, but I was relieved to find out that the height was right for me. I'm so glad I went with this one after searching the internet, comparing products and taking measurements for some time, I couldn't be any happier. I really enjoyed putting it together, it was easy and straightforward. I did it with just two 24 mm wrenches. I'm excited to use it.

Good quality well built rack, but not as stable as expectedPurchased this rack mainly for crossfit type movements, kipping pull ups, toes to bar etc. It is a very well built rack it looks good and is great build quality wise. I'm 5 ft 10 and it's just about tall enough for kipping movements. The downside is stability, some of the other models come with the ability to bolt to the floor but because of the 'chunkiness' and heavy weight and the fact it doesn't come with bolt to floor option I'd assumed stability would be good. But, it's not great.... Toes to bar for example there is definitely movement and it doesn't feel stable. I don't have the height available in the garage to try muscle ups but I'd be pretty dubious about trying them with the stability as it is (I'm around 75kg)
