- Mirafit Wooden Gymnastic Rings
- Supplied in pairs with 1.5" wide adjustable webbing straps
- Choice of 1.1" (28mm) or 1.25" (32mm) handle diameters
- 1.1" is ideal for smaller hands or customers wanting rings that match the International Gymnastics Federation (IGF) spec
- 1.25" is ideal for larger hands and is more commonly used in gyms
- Inner diameter is 18cm on the 1.1" rings and slightly smaller (about 17.5cm) on the 1.25" rings given the wider grips
- Choice of two strap lengths - 7.5ft or 14ft total length
- Strong metal cam buckles
- Birch wood rings with laser Mirafit logo
- Wooden rings provide superior feel and grip compared to metal rings
- Straps have numbered scale for ease of adjustment
- Handy self fastening retention loops on straps keep excess tidy

Great Quality - think about length you buyThese are outstanding quality, robust and have the all important markings to get both at the same length. I was tempted by the shorter strap lengths given I have a shorter squat rack; but following other reviews on here and advice from my PT, I went for the longer ones - so pleased I did. Having longer straps do not cause any unforeseen problems, but the shorter ones would not have reached the length I found I needed for the vast array of exercises you can do on these. Strong, sturdy and high quality - these have opened up a whole new world of exercises.

Go longerI purchased these with my multigrip pull up bar and they are good in the hand and sturdy. However, the length of strap is total length and I had hoped to be able to do ring push-ups from the bar. Because of the height that I needed to mount the bar they simply won’t reach floor level so no chance of those now. Will need to find other straps as no option for just the straps on the website. For the sake of £5 extra I would have gone for the longer ones so learn from my stupid mistake.
