- Supplied in pairs with 1.5" wide adjustable webbing straps
- Choice of 1.1" (28mm) or 1.25" (32mm) handle diameters
- 1.1" is ideal for smaller hands or customers wanting rings that match the International Gymnastics Federation (IGF) spec
- 1.25" is ideal for larger hands and is more commonly used in gyms
- Inner diameter is 18cm on the 1.1" rings and slightly smaller (about 17.5cm) on the 1.25" rings given the wider grips
- Choice of two strap lengths - 7.5ft or 14ft total length
- Strong metal cam buckles
- Birch wood rings with laser Mirafit logo
- Wooden rings provide superior feel and grip compared to metal rings
- Straps have numbered scale for ease of adjustment
- Handy self fastening retention loops on straps keep excess tidy

Love theseBought these to attach to my rack and they're great. Was tempted to get TRX cables but glad I went for these as they're cheaper, better and so easy to set up. Adds a different dimension to your training

Decent but read this firstI ordered the 7ft length thinking that would be perfect for a 7ft drop from anchor point. However as the step has to go back on itself you need the 14ft strap to compensate for this. These rings, straps and metal clip holding mechanism are all good quality. Don’t bother getting straps without some sort of measuring indicator on the straps or you’ll never manage to get the rings an equal length. The wooden feel is nice, but does chip very easily if it even slightly knocks a wall or other hard object. I found they were not perfectly smooth on arrival either and have had to give one of them a slight sand ti clear a couple of marks. On the whole, I’m pleased and would recommend
