- 50mm fitment (suitable for M100 Power Rack and the Mirafit Wall or Rack Mounted Cable Pulley Machine)
- 60mm fitment (suitable for M200 Power Rack)
- Two foot plates on a connected base ideal for performing seated rows
- Textured anti slip surface for improved grip
- Simple to fit and remove with included fastening knobs
- Can also be bolted down for customers wanting a more permanent installation
- Includes UHMW liners to place between the rack and the tightening knobs to avoid damage to the rack

Easy to assemble and fit.I bought this to fit to my wall mounted cable machine so chose the 50mm version . It's easy to fit and tightens well. Took minutes and was easy to assemble. Reasonable price.

A great addition to my M100 cageThis has made doing seated rows on the M100 cage so much easier. It doesn't have to be permanently bolted to the frame, it can be easily removed, so doesn't get in the way if you're not using it. It stores vertically very neatly against the wall occupying very little space, but when it's being used for rowing, it really makes a difference! I can use so much more weight and get such a good stretch. Thoroughly recommended if you've got the M11 with the pool down attachment.

Fits third-party racksBeen using a basic cable row attachment without foot support on a different brand power rack I have had for over a year. Genuinely just heels on the rack itself... As weight has steadily gotten heavier I've desired better feet support. Found this product after some searching. Purchased. Works as described. Solid construction. Enables better form. Happily recommend.
