- 50mm fitment (suitable for M100 Power Rack and the Mirafit Wall or Rack Mounted Cable Pulley Machine)
- 60mm fitment (suitable for M200 Power Rack)
- Two foot plates on a connected base ideal for performing seated rows
- Textured anti slip surface for improved grip
- Simple to fit and remove with included fastening knobs
- Can also be bolted down for customers wanting a more permanent installation
- Includes UHMW liners to place between the rack and the tightening knobs to avoid damage to the rack

Perfect Fit!We had been planning on having some of these footplates custom made for our 40yr old lat pull/low pulley machine, but quite by chance this new product popped up! It was just what we needed and at a great price. It is well made and solid, and has had plenty of use already.
