- Two positions allow the bar to be placed at a distance of either 35cm or 55cm from the wall
- Please note this bar is not designed for kipping pull ups as distance from wall is not enough
- Strong 3mm (11 gauge) steel construction on both the side frames and pull up bar
- 32mm grip diameter

Great Bit of KitVery sturdy good looking bit of kit. I used a 10mm drill as a pilot and then 12mm drill bit just to open the entrance up to accommodate the length of the rawlplug in a masonry wall.

5 StarsThe bar is a good thickness, the whole frame is chunky. Used a 12mm masonry bit from Wickes to fix to a brick wall, no way is it budging.

Chin up barTop bit of kit, was looking for something extra sturdy as around the 90 kg mark…. Managed to put it up myself but 2 people would of made it easier, will be sure to buy from here again
