Tricep barVery happy with the quality and weight of the bar, bought the standard 1inch bar, as its ideal for making use of some old weight plates which aren’t too big to use, would recommend

Great Tricep Bar!Very well made, solid, nicely finished, deeply cut knurled grips, easy to use quick release collars, slanted outer handles allowing for the perfect position along with the inner handles also offering choice. I've already used this for Overhead Tricep Extensions and can easily get the perfect comfortable and effective hand spacing. This feels SO much better than using dumbbells or the cheap n nasty, weak and hollow Tri bar I used prior. Very highly recommended!
