Great Addition to the ToolkitI bought this for my wife as she finds it difficult to get my 20kg bar from the wall rack which is wedged behind my power cage. She loves it, and finds it much easier to get out and set up. I've also included it in my training, where I've had it set up ready for drop sets. The 90kg rating is impressive for an aluminium bar, you would move on to a 20kg steel bar before you get anywhere near maxing this out. Great product!

6ft 7KG Technique BarI have been pleasantly surprised by this technique bar. It’s not the best finished product (very minor superficial smudges or cosmetic marks) but for the price it’s really good value. I certainly wouldn’t let these put anyone off the excellent utility of the bar. The bar itself fits a lovely niche - there are lighter technique bars around but, as this is also rated to 90Kg, it allows for decent progression with added plates. I primarily purchased this for my wife, but I like it so much that I have been using it myself for lower weight routines (rather than keep changing plates on my other bars). Also, being only 7Kg it allows for quite a bit of flexibility for those looking at imaginative movements, mobility work or balance, as well as functional lifting. I think one would have to go a long way to find a better value or more versatile technique bar.
