Excellent!This is exactly what we needed as our other 6ft bar didn't fit on the M4 Squat Rack we ordered. We have limited space so no room for a 7ft bar. We love using the bar in conjuction with the brilliant M4 rack.

OutstandingI bought this to compliment a 7ft bar. I moved house and the gym was narrower than the previous. That left me with barely enough room to put weights on the 7ft bar. This is perfect. Same grip and diameter as the other bar, fits my rack but because the collars are shorter I can now work at the ends of the bar. I can get 140kg on it (bumpers) which is good for most things. When I need more weight I can either deal with the inconvenience of the 7ft bar or get some slim steel plates
