- Mirafit Adjustable Kettlebell Handle
- Loadable kettlebell compatible with Olympic 2" weight plates
- Strong steel construction with black powder coated finish
- Two-pin mechanism prevents plates from moving during exercise and allows weight to easily be adjusted
- First pin secures the handle to the shaft
- Second pin reduces plate movement
- Nine holes at 1" intervals allow you to stack multiple plates and position the second pin just above the stack
- We recommended using plates with as smaller diameter as possible because larger plates will restrict usability. The plates shown are 230mm diameter.

Cracking piece of kit!Another brilliant piece of Mirafit equipment! I've used it for kettle bell swings; but I'll mainly use it for Duck Walks. A great and cheap solution to a rack-load of kettle bells.

Ok only for certain movementsDecent solution, especially for the cost and if you already have the plates. Relatively easy to swap weights. You can do most swinging exercises with this, and great for squats and vertical pulls as the handle is really wide. It's been solidly integrated into my routine. Main detraction is you won't be doing any hoisting movements e.g. clean and press, with this as the pin hits your wrist at the top of the movement which you don't want to do more than once, believe you me.
