• Lie on your back, holding a Kettlebell in one hand, by the side of your chest.
• Press the kettlebell until your arm reaches full extension.
• Bend your elbow until your arm reaches the floor.

VARIATION: You can perform this with your legs out straight, or with your feet planted.
