Warranty Introduction
All Mirafit equipment includes a minimum of a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Please also refer to any information given on our product pages as some products or components may come with a longer warranty. This will be clearly stated where applicable.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is subject to the terms and conditions below. Damage to equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear is not covered.

Equipment Cover
Mirafit offers a range of equipment levels to cater for home, light commercial and full commercial environments.
You must buy equipment that is suitable for the environment you will be using it in. Use of equipment beyond it’s stated level will invalidate the warranty cover.
Home Use: Suitable for: personal use at your residential address
Light Commercial Use: Also suitable for personal training studios, small hotels and workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres
Full Commercial Use: Also suitable for commercial gyms, leisure centres, Crossfit® boxes and heavy use facilities
Any environment which has paid for access or membership will automatically be classed as full commercial.
Equipment must be checked regularly and serviced when required. For commercial environments you must retain service records to demonstrate this upon submitting a warranty claim.
What Solution will Mirafit Offer?
This will depend on the product and the nature of the issue.
In general, we will send replacement parts. Please note you will be required to install the parts and we will provide instructions where necessary to assist. For avoidance of doubt the warranty we offer is parts only and we will not attend on site, supply tools or cover labour costs.
If replacement parts are not available, then we may require the goods to be returned back to us so that we can carry out the repair. In this case we may arrange to collect the goods from you. You will be responsible for ensuring the goods are safely and securely packaged for collection. If you fail to package the product safely for return, then we may reject the claim. Once the product arrives back safely with us it will be either repaired and sent back to you or replaced. Where an identical product is no longer available, we will offer the nearest like for like replacement.
Please note this applies to the UK only. For products exported from the UK we will follow the same procedure but will not cover the return shipping cost in the event the product needs to be returned to us. Please consider this when deciding whether to purchase.
In all cases you will be required to provide us with any information we request in order to assess your claim. This may include sending us photos and videos.
General Terms & Conditions
- The warranty cover begins on the purchase date and ends one year later unless stated otherwise.
- The warranty applies only to the original buyer, and it is not transferable.
- Damage to equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or wear and tear is not covered.
- On noticing a fault, the product should be removed from use and a warranty claim submitted within 7 days. Continued use of a faulty product may cause further damage and invalidate the warranty.
- Modification or use of third-party attachments, parts or components will invalidate the warranty.
- This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from the mirafit.co.uk website.
- The warranty excludes cosmetic damage and excludes damage that was present on delivery. If your product arrives damaged, then please refer to our returns policy and report it within 7 days of delivery.
- Mirafit shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential losses. Our entire liability under this warranty policy is limited to replacement or repairing of the product.
- Any product repaired or replaced under this warranty will only be covered for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.
- The warranty may be subject to change without notice and will be updated as new products are developed.
Product Terms & Conditions
- Products must be assembled correctly and used in accordance with their instructions.
- Loading a product past its maximum load rating will invalidate the warranty.
- Products must only be used indoors unless stated as suitable for outdoor use on their product page.
- Products must be kept in a climate-controlled environment and not exposed to cold or damp conditions. Use of products in non-climate-controlled environments such as non-insulated garages, sheds, swimming pool rooms, conservatories, outdoor training areas or under car ports may invalidate the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover corrosion, discoloration, or cosmetic damage/deterioration.
- Damage because of an accident (such as a failed lift or dropped weight) is not covered.
- Consumable parts are excluded unless stated otherwise. More information on consumables is given below.
- Products must be serviced & maintained at recommended intervals. Follow our maintenance guides, as well as any information given in the product manual.
What are Consumables?
Consumables are parts that are expected to require periodic replacement. These are excluded from the warranty but spares are usually available to purchase via the Mirafit site.
These include (but are not limited to):
- In relation to strength equipment: upholstery including cushions, pads & rollers, straps, ropes & handles, caps, stickers, foot plates, grips, wheels.
- In relation to cardio equipment: brake pads, pedals & pedal components, stickers, grips, wheels, water bottle holder, saddles, seats
Warranty Claim Procedure
- If a product develops an issue that is covered within the warranty period, please contact us
- You must include your original order number and delivery address.
- We aim to respond to all warranty claims within 48 hours.
- Products must not be returned unless approved and must be accompanied by a valid claim number.
- Failure to follow this procedure and our reasonable requests will invalidate the warranty.
