Weight Bars, plates and Free Weights

When it comes to strength training, free weights are the most beneficial for building muscle. Mirafit has a range of weight plates and weight bars, and which ones you choose will depend on your style of training and available space in your home gym. Olympic weight plates and bars have a 2” inner ring.

Our bumper plates also come with a 2” inner ring – perfect if you’re planning on deadlifting. Our standard 1” barbells are great for beginners as well as those lifting lighter loads.

As well as cast iron weight plates, we also have a range of bumper plates. There are standard black bumper plates which are perfect for doing deadlifts. Looking to do more Olympic weightlifting moves?

We have coloured bumper plates which are easy to identify from a distance. And for a more durable plate, choose our competition bumper plates which come complete with a steel inner plate. We also stock crumb rubber bumper plates which are shock absorbing and are not only durable but have a higher bounce which is slightly quieter than standard bumper plates.

Perfect if you drop your bar regularly. Moving onto our range of weight bars, our EZ Curl bars have been ergonomically designed to allow you to train heavy while taking care of your wrists. As well as a full range of standard barbells in 4ft, 5ft, 6ft and 7ft, we also have a range of speciality bars. Perfect for helping you get exactly what you need from you gym equipment.

Our Swiss bars are great for deadlifts, benching and bicep curls and allow you to maintain a neutral grip throughout. We have shrug bars to help you target your traps as well as perform deadlifts. Our farmers walk bars include mini farmers walk handles which are a rare find and ideal if you are stocking up your home or garage gym.

Our body bars come in a range of sizes and are comfortable to work with as well as slimline so you can store them easily at home. We have tricep bars which will help you maintain a consistent form while training your arms. And considering your triceps make up around two thirds of your upper arm, they're definitely worth the investment.

Our axle and thick grip bars will help you develop strength in your wrists and forearms which is essential for anyone looking to progress their weight training. Our women's Olympic bars have a slimmer shaft but can handle just as much weight as our M3 7ft weight bars. We also have 6ft international weight bars which have shorter sleeves, helping you to save space with any power or squat rack set up.

Our Olympic weight carry frames are unique and fantastic for helping you load your weight plates easily.
