Great customer service
Great company. Solid equipment. Delivery messed up by DHL but Mirafit immediately sent a replacement product. Further DHL mess ups which Mirafit handled friendly and professionally. Will use this company again.

Great equipment & website
The website is neatly laid out, easy to use and looks much better than other gym equipment website designs. Great equipment all you could ever need. Spares and advice blog is a nice extra. Delivery is quick, and equipment well packaged. Customer service also deals with problems effectively.
