Perfect for Zercher Squats
Sturdy built to last and compact bar. Handy for Zercher squats due to the thickness of the bar which is more comfortable to hold, there is no need to use padding as with thinner 1” bars and there is also no sleeve rotation as with regular Olympic bars. I got this bar specifically for doing Zercher squats and it does the job perfectly.
