Excellent customer service and genuinely solid equipment
I have bought Mirafit equipment before and continue to choose the company because the products are genuinely solid, heavy-duty and built to feel like proper gym equipment rather than lightweight home alternatives. I also have to give a lot of credit to their customer service team. Throughout my recent order they were polite, responsive and willing to take the time to properly look into everything rather than simply give me a standard reply. The matter was escalated, their technical team became involved, they contacted the supplier and kept me informed throughout. What impressed me most was that they were prepared to take responsibility and work towards a fair resolution. Amanda, Roshan and the rest of the team treated me with respect and made it clear that they genuinely wanted me to remain happy with Mirafit. Despite the amount of correspondence involved, I have come away with an even better impression of the company because of the way their staff handled everything. I will definitely continue buying Mirafit equipment in the future and already have several other products on my list.
