Decent enough but angles and spacing of handles have been welding off centre and not parallel, enough to the point where it feels off balance. The spring locks are rubbish with the cast tri grip weights so upgraded to collars.

As usual with Mirafit products, the item was well built, and was delivered quicker than expected. My only issue is, as another reviewer said, that the handle spacing could do to be a bit wider. If you look at the photograph of the item being used, you see that unless you tuck your elbows very close to your head, the elbows have to flare out in order to get the forearms anywhere near parallel, as you would for example be able to get with a 'Swiss bar'.
