Decent plates, no major concerns if there was a serious problem I would have complained. But it is worth mentioning that while they are very good quality, not to expect perfection - the finish does vary and some have slight rainbow effect (even after washing thoroughly) or scratches, in my experience this is worse in the larger sizes although still perfectly acceptable in my opinion unless you are looking for perfection.

Bought these as realised that my wife and I needed small increases to our compound lifts in particular. Arrived and even better quality than expected. Also useful on our
Olympic dumbbell bars as they have a small diameter.

Really great and sleek looking. Such a space saver too! Bought a selection a couple to bring my 12kg Olympic Bar up to 20kg to use at home for weighted cardio sessions. These made me want a full set.

Owning these for a few weeks and I decided to buy another 2 pairs of 2 kg plates because I had a realisation.
I originally planned to buy larger steel weight plate but I did some measurements and I realised I can fit 8 x 2 kg plates on each side for a total of 64 kg of weight plates across 2 dumbbells which might seem light for compound pressing/pulling exercises but I bought these for shoulder raises for which 32 kg per dumbbell is more than enough.
Loading up on 2 kg plates on each side would almost fill out the length of the sleeves but take up less height/width than the 5-25 kg weight plates so these are less likely to touch your legs while you are training with shoulder raises lying down.

Personal taste, I'm a man of steel, I don't like iron or plastic plates. No other UK company offers something this sleek.
The variety of plate weights is very useful going as low as 0.25 kg allow 0.5 kg increment for progressive overloads.
The only 2 downsides are that there are no 0.125 kg plates for 0.25 kg increments so you have to buy that from another website. The extra thin steel plates are split across 2 shop pages unnecessarily. When all the extra thin steel plates can just be in 1 simple page.
But those are 2 minor downsides which do not subtract from the peak quality of this product.

I bought these to use in future small group sessions with clients using Olympic dumbbells . Cheaper than 1Kg coloured fractional plates these allow for quick changes in dumbbell weight with one set of dumbbells only and a QR collar .. Great product (and I do use the coloured plates too). Will be buying some more .
