- Approx. 80kg when the stand is full and 20.5kg when empty
- Base can be filled with cold water or sand. Sand provides a more stable base. If filling with water leave 5cm below fill cap

Good purchasePerfect for my strong 13 year old grandson. It it ample able to take his very strong punches. Filled with water it doesn't move about very stable & bag is very solid. Just brilliant for a teenager to rid some anger & train at the same time

Free standing punch bagSolid punch bag, made of good quality material, and the base can be filled with water or sand to hold it in place (this is essential to do). Normally, I would opt for a hanging punch bag but due to an ever growing / adapting garage gym this type of punch bag provides more options to move it around when needed. Great way to get your cardio in and work on your boxing technique moving around the bag. The bag can take a beating too. Unleash your inner AJ / Fury.

Brilliant Punch BagJust what I was looking for, would be even better if came with suction pads like other brands so opted for mats instead as an extra. A good solid punch bag

Does the jobRecently bought for my garage. Easy to assemble and filled with 4-5 large bags of Kilin Dried sand to add extra weight to the base. The punchbag looks smart and does the job. I am 110kg and whilst the punchbag does move a bit when hit firm, it is minimal and is to be expected with any freestanding punchbag, or at least any I have ever come across. This does not take away from the work out and I have done a few 3x 12 min rounds and it has held up fine. I suppose if one was to really try to knock it over it is doable, but again it’s a free standing punch bag. If you want a smart piece of kit that can be used for day to day training to keep fit, I don’t think you can go wrong
